Frequently asked questions
How much should I charge for a sponsored Instagram Reel?
A common starting point is $10–$25 per 1,000 average views. A creator averaging 15,000 views per reel would quote roughly $150–$375, then adjust for engagement, paid usage and exclusivity.
How much do YouTubers charge for a sponsorship?
For a 60–90 second integration, many creators charge $20–$35 per 1,000 average views. A dedicated video is usually 2–2.5× an integration because the whole video is about the brand.
Why do followers matter less than views?
Brands pay for attention. Average views show how many people actually see a post, while follower counts include inactive accounts. That's why this calculator starts from views.
What are usage rights and exclusivity?
Paid usage lets the brand run your content as ads, which is worth more to them; we add 30% per 30 days. Exclusivity stops you from working with competitors for a while, so we add 25%.
Does engagement change my rate?
Yes. With an engagement rate of 5% or more we suggest ×1.2; under 1.5% we suggest ×0.8. We never suggest less than $50 for a deliverable.
