BreezyCollab helps creators and brands manage brand deals. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect and why. Questions? Email hello@breezycollab.com.
What we store
- Account details: your email, a securely hashed password (we never see your password), your role (creator or brand), and login times.
- Creator profile: handle, name, bio, niche, location, photo, links, optional rates, and social stats you add or connect.
- Invoice details (private): legal name, address, tax ID and payment instructions. These only appear on invoices you send.
- Deals: brand names, contact details you enter, fees, deliverables, post links and metrics, agreements and invoices.
- Agreement acceptances: when someone accepts an agreement we record their typed name, email, the time, their IP address, browser details and a fingerprint of the exact agreement text, as a record of what was agreed.
- Content drafts creators upload for a brand's review (videos, images and captions). Anyone with that deal's private link can view them.
- Tracked link clicks: when someone clicks a creator's tracked link (breezycollab.com/go/…), we count the click using a one-way scrambled code made from their IP address, browser and the date, so repeat clicks aren't double-counted. We don't store raw IP addresses for clicks.
- Sales: brands can record sales for a collab, or add our small script to their website so purchases after a tracked click are reported to us (order total, currency and order number, with no names or payment details).
- Notifications: we email account holders about activity on their collabs (you can turn this off on the Notifications page), and we email the brand contact address a creator enters on a deal about that deal only. Every such email has an unsubscribe link.
- Reviews and brand pages: star ratings and comments that creators and brands leave about each other are public on bio pages and brand pages, with the reviewer's name and title (never their email). Reviews requested by link are published only after the reviewer confirms their email. Brand page details (logo, description, links) are public.
- Feedback and testimonials you send us. We only publish a testimonial if you tick the box giving permission, and we record when you did. Ask us anytime to remove it.
- Messages sent through the "Work with me" form on proof pages.
- Usage analytics: basic events (for example "deal created" or a proof page view with the referring website) to understand how the product is used. We don't use third-party ad trackers.
What's public
Your proof page (breezycollab.com/yourhandle) is public: profile, stats, links, rates if you choose to show them, and collabs the brand allowed you to showcase. Fees are never shown publicly. Deal rooms are private links. Anyone who has the link can view them, and we ask search engines not to index them.
YouTube data
BreezyCollab uses YouTube API Services to show public channel statistics (subscribers, views, likes, comments) and to check the verification code you place in your channel description. We only access public data and never ask for your Google password or access to your account. By connecting a channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's use of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can remove a connected channel at any time from your profile, which deletes the stored stats.
Who we share data with
We don't sell your data. We use a small number of service providers to run BreezyCollab: our server host, Google (YouTube Data API), and an email provider for transactional emails like password resets and payment reminders. Brands you share a deal link with can see that deal.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising cookies.
Your choices
- Edit your profile and invoice details any time.
- Delete your account from Settings. This permanently removes your profile, deals and related data.
- Email hello@breezycollab.com for a copy of your data or any privacy request.
Security & retention
Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and we keep data while your account is active. Backups are kept for up to 14 days.
Changes
If we make meaningful changes we'll update this page and, where appropriate, let you know by email.
